1-2 Shift Hesitaion

I have been reading these forums for quite a while (while I'm waiting patiently for my 300C SRT8 to be built (living in Minnesota, I don't want mine until April or so)). I used to hear (see) lots of complaints about the hesitation in the 1-2 shift, but lately I haven't heard a peep about it. Does that mean that the TSB everyone was talking about worked (and all newly built cars don't have this issue)? Or has everyone dealt with it for so long that you don't even notice it anymore (though it's still there)?

not here

our car has never exhibited this behavior.

Note that forums like this one never talk about the good cars that have no problems and can lead you to believe that all problems are widespread.

They're not all problem children.
