My 300C overheated it was running fine then I shut it off now it will not start, it backfires and runs really rough but won"t stay running at all. I changed both the crank and cam sensor still no luck. Please Help

I'm sorry to say, you may have dropped a valve seat. I'd try a compression test.

I would second this. That is usually the case if you cannot run after an over heat on these engines. How hot was it, and what caused the overheat?

The Drivers side head had 2 freeze plugs get holes from corrosion that caused it.
