Alright friends,
I've searched and searched. Now I'm just gonna take some advice from the wonderful wisdom-filled people around here.

We pulled the implausible brake signal off of the car (U1408).
Here's what's happened since I got it at 118,000 miles, now at 128,000.

It died once, going around a corner. Started right back up instantly.
It shakes and surges from around 50mph to 70mph.
Surging can sometimes happen under the 50mph.
E-brake light is on sometimes upon start up, as soon as the release is pulled, away it goes.
Once while trying to park in the parking garage at work, went slightly past a spot and went to reverse and it didn't move. Revved up but no moving. Panic mode and put it in drive. Didn't move. I put it in park again, shut it off and turned it back on and it was like nothing happened. On the way to work that day I could tell that something was off, it just wasn't accelerating the way it should. A little hesitation.
And last but not least, the Tire Pressure Module (TPM?) went a little crazy on the rear passenger side tire going down the interstate twice now.

I'm at a loss. We were thinking the TCM, went and had a reflash the other day with no avail.
And there is just so many things it could be, and I'm just dying.

I had it at a transmission shop where they did diagnostics and he literally told me that there was nothing he could really do because the codes he was pulling were codes that the dealership would have to read. He could have also been wrong but I'm not sure that's the case with this one.

THANKS IN ADVANCE, HEAL MY SANITY FOR ME!!!!

The no go problem with the e brake light happened to me, car locked right up in reverse a few times, my e brake light was always on when I started, pulled the handle and off I went, for years it was like that, turned out the ebrake pads fell off inside and would lock up the wheels now n then, causing weird driving issues like yoursI just removed them, didn't replace cause I never use them anyways, no problems since, don't know about your tpms, I removed those too at one point, hate the stupid things, so pull your rear wheels off, remove the brake rotor and I bet your ebrake pads will fall out, , put your rotors back on, problem solved

brakes we be getting replaced here sooner rather than later anyway
Our emergency brake uses a small set of brake shoes located within the hat section of the rear brake disc. The friction material of mine fell off of the shoe due to corrosion, which then got jammed into the backing plate and buggered up the e-brake cable end and adjuster, and the hub. Repair cost was $1,500!
Replace those shoes ASAP.

Update! In the past week, my dashboard has gone nutso twice! It will go down, and come back up like I just turned the car on....when this happens the automatic lights will not turn on by themselves unless you turn the key, turning it "on" again...

I'm so freaking confused and frustrated....

Did you find the problem? My 06 300c is doing the same and I've replaced almost everything.
