Any word on when it will be out? And will the 2005 LX Service Manual simply be updated to include the SRT-8 lines?
Given that the Charger and SRT-8 vehicles are now being produced, a single SM covering the 300, Magnum and Charger and every line or type of the different models would make for one colossal SM.
As a side note, I have the 7200+ page 2005 LX SM on CD. It obviously does not include the Charger or the SRT-8 vehicles. Also, I have noticed at least one subsection is missing. For example, pg. 23-35 identifies the procedure for removing the glass from the front door and includes the following step:
3. Remove the inner belt weatherstrip from the front
door. (Refer to 23 - BODY/WEATHERSTRIP/
SEALS/DOOR INNER BELT WEATHERSTRIP -
REMOVAL - FRONT).
Yet, there is no subsection on "Weatherstrip" in the "Body" section of the SM, or any where else in the SM for that matter.
So those that have the 05 LX SM on CD, check to see if you are likewise missing the referenced subsection.
