Probably a dumb question, but I have a 2011 300c and have been looking to swap the front/ rear bumpers, and the deck lid to the 2012 SRT8 ones. Does anyone know if it’s a direct fit or anything, or if it’s gonna fight me at all?

I am not 100% sure but would think that it would be a direct swap. The only difference I believe from 11-12 is the evic system in the dash. Maybe someone else can chime in and confirm. I wouldn't mind the srt diffuser. Good luck.
