My wife and I are looking at getting a 2012 300 limited AWD w. the V6/8 speed. The EPA rates it at 18/27, but they rate the RWD at 19/31, and I've seen posts on this forum of folks getting mid 30s with the RWD model.

Just curious what kind of real world city and highway MPGs I could expect with the AWD?

Great mph

2012 v6 Filled tank dove from station to the top of Snoqualmie pass and back to gas station-got 31 mph on the nose.Two weeks ago drove to same station filled up then drove to lillwaup to get some oysters and back to the gas station.filled up got 32.8 mpg.Also got 32.8 from Portland or. to home in renton wa.

I've only had mine under a week (2012 v6 RWD) i've been able to get 24 street if i stay off of it and 32 on the highway. I try not to drive like i stole it but thats no fun. I was very impressed at highway speed how the car just cruises along. 80 feels like your doing 35.

Picked up a 2013 300C AWD in April 2013, I am getting 21-22 mpg with 60 percent city & 40 percent urban driving. Haven't drove it on a trip yet, but would think the 27 mpg listed would be attainable.

You can reasonably expect low 20's city and low 30's highway. Sort of hard to predict as everyone drives differently. AWD would be less. Buy or lease one. Most bang for the buck available in the current market IMHO.

idk how all these people are saying low 30's on the highways. My AWD has NEVER and I mean NEVER seen 30's even drive 70 on the highway with the wind. If I try the max I can get on the Highway is 27.

Ya I don't get it either, I have a 2012 limited v6 rwd and only get around 25 cruising at 80 on hw.

I really do get 32 mpg at a steady 70 mph. But at my normal 75-80 mph highway speed I get 30-31 mpg. Drops to around 22-23 mpg in stop and go. v6.

Haven't driven her in a week (business trip) last i recall my stats were 21 city and 28 hwy AWD V6... my crappy rental malibu lets me know how spoiled i am with all my options!! :*(

Took a road trip this past week, checked mileage thru West Virginia/Virginia. Computer showed 28.5 actual was 26.8 at 65-75 mph. The 2nd was from West Virginia/Ohio/Indiana. Computer showed 30.5 actual was 28.1 at 65-75 mph and also included 12 miles of in city driving. Very pleased with highway mileage.

I've got a 2012 C AWD but with the V-8. Over 3900 miles my average mileage is 23.062, the minimum mpg was 21.957 and the maximum was 27.443. My driving is probably 80% highway (rural two lane with some stop and go and passing). These numbers are actual not from the DIC in the car.

I have a 2012 V6 AWD and I just went on a 600 mile road trip. On the way there I got 32.2 mpg and 31.1 back. This was from southwest Virginia to northern Virginia

If I do 70-75 mph w/ the cruise set, I get 27 mpg. If I'm doing 80-85 and no cruise i get 18-20 mpg....lol depends how I ride er.
