2012 Chrysler 300c HID Headlights

I have Bi-Xenon HID 4300k headlights with automatic high beams. When driving at night on dark roads other motorists frequently flash their high beams at me, I'm assuming because they think my high beams are activated. I've had the dealership check the alignment and they say it's all good. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't think it is much of an issue unless you're getting flashed all the time. On dark roads, they'll stand out more.
I have the same problem. Dealer (after four trips) replaced headlight mechanism. Part cost a ton fortunately it was a warranty issue. I've been in my truck ahead of my wife who was driving the 300 at night. Those headlights look like a starship is following you even on low beam. I feel for other drivers but all I can do is flash them back to say my brights are not on. Dealer says lights can't be aligned.
I was getting flashed constantly as well and my brother was having the same issue. So we had the dealer point them down a tad and both had no one flash us since.

The dealer was pretty emphatic that the lights are not adjustable. They are the self levelling - steering wheel tracking (which I really like - we drive on country road at night a lot) style.
Yes they are self leveling but can assure you that they can be adjusted.
Mine still self level when I start it etc but when that finishes it just points slightly further down then before.
It is a quick job for them when they know how to do it. Might be worth finding another dealer.

Thanks for that. It seems odd that they can't be adjusted. This is the second dealer. We gave up on the dealer we bought the car from after it took four trips to get the headlights repaired (they weren't tracking the steering). It was a total gong show.

I'm going to see if I can figure out how to lower them a little. Alison says they did it themselves.

Thanks to all. Great site.
