I have a 2013 Chrysler 300S with the 5.7 hemi in it. I know from factory it has 363hp, while the Ram has 395hp from factory. Would it be possible to take the intake manifold from a 2013 ram 5.7 and swap it on my 300 5.7?

In theory, yes, but it's not a practical swap. There are differences over the years so I can't tell you what's different for the 2013 specifically, but some of the issues you may run into would be fuel rails, timing cover, throttle body position, dipstick location, hose layout, etc. And you'll need to modify or replace your hood, because the RAM manifold is taller.

If you're after an active intake manifold, just go with one out of a 6.4. You'll need an MSD rpm window switch to activate the runner solenoid, and you'll have to do some wiring, but that's a much more practical install than a RAM intake.
