I had this problem a while back and asked my mechanic and he said the roller wheel was probably in the wrong position. I moved it and it fixed it. That was last year. Now my son borrowed the car and it is doing it again and killed the battery last night. He said he didn't touch it those dials.

I can't remember what I did to correct this? I thought rolling the wheels all the way down was off but that didn't fix it. The owner's manual doesn't really explain the positions as it should.

Any help? Thanks.

I ended up taking it to my mechanic and he solved it. My son must have left a light switch on and killed the battery. My mechanic found out that if the battery is very low that the speedo lights will stay on like I was seeing. Once the battery is fully charged the light goes off. Just driving around on short trips is not enough to fully charge the battery. Have to use a 40 amp charger.

Learned something more about my 300 and it's electronics.
