I have seen some 300's with staggered wheels but the rears stick out a little. I do not want mine like that. What offset do i need for 22 x 10.5 rear and 22 x 9 front to look like this.

If the 300 you are putting them on is as low as this charger, then the wheels should look the same. The lower the car, the more the wheels are sucked into the wheel well. With just the Eibachs they will probably stick out a hair no matter what, depending on the wheel. When I test fitted some staggered Asanti 131's on my car, the rears stuck out a little and that is why I did not buy them.
