Just wondering if anyone has a copy of a service manual for the 300 for sale? and if so does it show how the body panels are spot welded?

Yeah, the manual shows the welding. Your best bet might be to purchase a CD version off of eBay. I think Chrysler's list price is about $90 for the CD. I got mine for $45 (under $55 with shipping & whatever). Seller was "platinum604".
