Chrysler once published there was a .1 second difference(the AWD being .1 second slower) to 60.

While I am no expert, I believe AWDs can be quick off the line(you can apply a lot of power and not break traction). But, they do carry extra weight because of the AWD system, and I am not sure who the redistribution of power would affect the time down the line, say at 1/8 or 1/4 mile.
