Hi Chrysler fans

We recently purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300C touring.

For some reason, we don't have a boot/trunk release button. The mold, for the place where the button should be, is clearly marked, but we don't have that button/function.

Does anyone else also have, or rather doesn't have, this button to open the trunk/boot from the inside?

Note, we have the station/Touring version. 5.7 Hemi in all it's glory!!

The wagons (estates) don't have a power release, sorry! That button is where the trunk (boot for you) release would be if you had a sedan (saloon).

As a former diesel touring (wagon) owner I can confirm what OoTLink says.... no button!

Welcome BTW - not many South Africans here!

Thank you OoTLink & Kaiser Bill for the confirmation.

We're from South Africa & the 300C is such a classy vehicle on our roads.

Still in the process of getting used to all the stares. LOVE IT!!

Happy cruising Chrysler fans.

I want to make some kinda boot carrier that ejects boots out the back of the car when you hit a button labeled "boot release".
