your photos reminded me of what happened to my friend:
they stole his prelude & ripped out the seats (popular to re-sell?)
anyway, they recovered his car when the cops pulled over a guy driving it 'coz he looked suspicious to them: the guy was driving it sitting on an empty milk crate!
ps: less funny: my friend flew back from east coast to be present at court, but since he didn't actually WITNESS milk-crate guy steal his car, the guy only got a ticket ($50?) for "driving w/out driver's permission" :-(
