My wife was concerned that the speedometer was showing a slowing speed than she was actually driving. In other words, she said it was reading 60 mph when she thought she was going close to 70.

So to resolve this problem I used my portable Garmin GPS system in my 300C to check the speed.

Here are the results.
0-20 < .3mph difference GPS shows 20.3 and Speedo shows 20
21-40 =.3 mph difference GPS shows 40.3 and Speedo shows 40
41-60 =1.0 mph difference GPS shows 61 and Speedo shows 60

This does not account for the variance in my GPS system which could make those numbers closer.

Conclusion: The Chrylser 300C has a very good speedometer system.

Alt Conclustion: My wife has no reason for getting a ticket and blaming it on the 300C's speedometer being wrong.
