After driving a 2015 Chrysler 200 for the last 8 years I decided it was time to move up.
I reserved the new car right away and made the necessary visit to the dealer.
I just received the confirmation and VIN number.
Time to wait !

Thanks but when I go there it's asking for a vehicle order number. Was the dealer supposed to give me that? When I talk to my dealer he just said the order was placed never gave me a number.

Should be in the email. What is the subject line of the most recent email you received? When did you give your deposit with the Chrysler Concierge?

This should be the subject (Your Chrysler 300C Vehicle Order Has Been Received) and look like this

Subject said Congratulations on reserving Chrysler 300C successfully! Sent September 14th. That was after I followed the link for payment on the 14th. When you open it, it has all four steps complete and I have a transaction ID but no VON or VIN. Thanks

My dealer called me before I received the email from Chrysler. The dealer sent me a copy of the POC with the VIN and my name in the sold order section.
Call your dealer and ask for a copy of the POC.

I got the same email from Chrysler. I got the VIN from the dealer.
