My wife has a similar routine. She brings my son to school, then drives to work, then afterschool activities. What I would really like to know is how you could get 17.7 MPG? My car registers 12 and is an '06 with 7k on it. I'm fine with the horrible mileage, because I have a new way of looking at it. $30 of BP Ultimate lasts almost two weeks and that's good enough for me. Everything is close around here. Of course, my F350 crewcab gets better mileage than even your 300, but whatever. It is what it is.My SRT-8 is a daily driver, shuttling the kids from gymnastics to Girl Scouts. The car is by far the safest I have ever driven. I get 17.7 MPG and I like to hear my magnaflows so I am always laying on them.
