I have a 09 Chrysler 300c. The 5.7 blew I purchased a 06 300 srt8 with the 6.1 in it. What will be the problems I will encounter ? I do have the complete car for a doner.

Can't predict what problems you'll encounter. The 6.1 was available in '09, so it should be doable. You'll need the 6.1 harness, midpipes (may as well take the whole exhaust), PCM, and radiator from the SRT-8. You could swap out the brakes, spindles, etc, or just upgrade your front brakes to Pursuit BR9 parts which are a lot less work and almost as good.

I just bought 6.1 to transplant into my 2005 Magnum RT 5.7
a friend of mine who has been playing with many Hemi and he told me
My swap will be almost plug and play , except the coil connectors are different .
And it will need MDS delete in the program , and then fuel/spark curve.
You are lucky to have a full donor car !!!

You'll also have to delete the EGR in the program, as the 6.1 doesn't have an EGR Valve.
