Not sure if I'm in the right spot for this issue, but my a/c compressor clutch seems to be shredded. A couple months back I drove to work with the heater on all the way (40 miles) and when I parked smoke was coming from under the hood, but not from engine overheating. Few days after, turning on the a/c brought a really loud squeal and rattled bad, but still blew pretty cool. Very loud rattle from being so out of balance. Took a look at all the pulleys and it looks like the front of the a/c compressor is missing completely. Any idea on how much compressor clutches run and how are the installs? Any help would be very appreciated. -- 05 300C
