AC heater box

I have a 2005 300 and my AC is not as cold as it should be even though I had the system recharged. Every once in awhile is get little ice particles exhausting out of the vent and also noticed that the AC condensed water does not drip out under the car when the AC is running. I also noticed the passenger side is not as cold as the driver side. After reading many posts, it sounds like the drain hose may be blocked within the heater box. I don't know where the heater box is located nor do I know where the drain hose is located in order to check it. Is there a DIY link or can someone help me? Thanks a million.

AC drain hose location

Seeing as there seems to be no water dripping under my 300 when the AC is on, I would like to check the drain hose. Can someone tell me where this is located or even a pic? I am assuming the water is not exiting the system causing it to freeze up and sometimes emit small ice particles out of my vent. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to review the manual from the link above. Thanks. It has lots of great informaton. I see that accessing the condensate drain on the HVAC Housing is a MAJOR job and requires the removal of the complete dash! Has anyone tried clearing a blocked condensate drain by using a little compressed air in the exit end of the line above the tranny?

can you get at enough of it to try to squeeze the pipe towards the exit end like a toothpaste tube? - I'd try anything rather than pushing it back up with an airline - sounds like a recipe for disaster
