Well, I’m not having a good day today. I was lightly rear ended today. It wasn’t a hard hit, just enough to screw-up the rear bumper cover. There’s several bends and kinks in the plastic that I assume will not come out. Anyone have a clue what a new plastic bumper will run the poor SOB that hit me?

I wouldnt worry so much about the plastic bumper, but the metal beneath that cover.... Its the damage you cant see that will cost him!

I agree. You need to get to an excellent body man to get a thorough look and estimate. Remember, the 300 series are unit bodies, no frame so to speak. A whack in the rear could get more than the bumper out of alignment. And cost a fortune to fix -- if you even want it after it is fixed.

Hopefully it was just exterior damage, and not the frame.
