ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 300C AWD DRIVERS WITH MOVING ISSUES.

I PUT 10 more psi in each extra tire and damn the moving and swinging and groove following is gone. YES TRUE that means less treadwear but i dont mind.

4 tires running at 45psi and damn i get the control back in my car.

Sounds like it is compensating for a camber alignment problem. Have you had it aligned? More tread width on the ground is going to make camber more sensitive. More air pressure is just putting more pressure on the center of the tire, and lifting it of the side of the tire. A camber adjustment should take care of this. >>>>>>>> Dixie

Didn't you change the tire brand? That would explain it. If not take it to the dealer and have it serviced. You don't need or want 44 psi. Mine does not wander or sway or catch grooves at all.

My AWD has zero problems mentioned above. Build date 1/2005. I find myself looking for new twisties and it just eats up anything I throw at it. Amazing handling. The geometry on this car was nailed. The thrust angle, kingpin. caster, toe-in all seem spot on. It's so balanced It feels like it's a 2800 pound sports car.
