Well, the infamous O-ing leak struck my SRT8 over the weekend. Noticed a small pool of red ATF under the car. Took it in this AM, and they performed the O-ring replacement and I was out about an hour. I had read previously that this was TSB, but the service manager stated this was a recall. If this was a recall, then isn't DC obligated to send out a recall notice to existing owners on file to alert them to bring their cars in for the service?

I have about 7500 miles on the car which seems to be about the norm for the O-rings to start leaking. Of course, you can't tell how low the ATF is, because there is no ATF dipstick - but this has been covered before....

Wyckoff sells the "tool" to measure the tranny fluid level for about $35. It's basically a handle attached to a cable that you lower into the tube. Why something wasn't included, who knows? $$$$
I better get that thing off the dining room table before my wife gets home.
