i have a 2007 300 Touring with 30,000 miles on it
when i shift for nuetral to D it take a sec or two before it even takes off. is that normal?
Also when idling my car has this ticking noise almost like rattling comming from the engine and the car shakes very lightly. has anyone had that problem or is it just me?

I actually have the same problem with my 06 Touring Shaking lightly when it's idle......I've been meaning to have the dealer check it out but I haven't had time. I'll fill you in on what they tell me once I go in, or if you take your's in let me know what they say.

My 2006 300C does that too, and 2 other guys at work have the same thing. The lever is just a suggestion to the computer to shift... and it will eventuallly shift as told. 2 seconds is normal but seems like forever sometimes.
