I bought my 300c 12/31, at night. Believe it or not, today, 1/11, is the first sunny day since then.
I guess the lights have been on every time I drive it, but I've never had any trouble seeing the nav, indicating headlights when it's light outside.
Today, in bright sunlight, I noticed the nav was impossible to see.
I deduced that the auto headlights were on, so I switched the dial from "A" to "O".
Reading the nav problem solved, but why are the lights on when the sun is blazing? I couldn't find an obvious sensor, but there are no obstructions on the windshield.
The car was facing almost all compass directions during my drive, there were some bridges, but none after I noticed the lights stuck on. It is a cloudless day, the sun was well up during my comute.

Several cycles of the switch to "A" and "O" didn't cure the problem.
Any ideas?
