Hay gang. I must be the biggest idoit with this battery stuff. I put BC in the garage after her Shine last week and havent taken her out in a week. So i go out and she's dead. The wife had poped the trunk and didnt close it all theway. I go to hook up my charger its dead to. (but thats i differnt story) So i jump her she starts no problem.So i check the Easter Egg display for volts info BC running right now and im just going to let her charge up it started at 13.8 and has gotten to 14.1 how do i know when to shut it off? Can any one tell me what the normal should be for this

It should be fine after a short drive, giving the alternator time to do it's job.

Long ago I was told that it takes 9 miles of driving to fully recharge after a jump... dunno how true this is but here is a Battery FAQ site with much info... hope it helps Scarbrs :)
