I have been listening to the Chargers lately. All I can say is the SRT sound Group II (Kicker System) absolutely sucks! I find myself turning the bass almost all the way up while turning the mids and highs into the negative range. And on top of all that I fade it to the rear about 4 notches. After all that, the sound is muffled sounding. Now maybe the 300's are different from the 07 Chargers, but I doubt it.
I also listened to a BA6 setup in a Charger R/T. Night and day difference! Clean, crisp, great balance from all speakers and I swear the sub in the shelf pounds twice as hard as the Kicker sub in the quarter panel.
If the original poster is still around, he should be happy his SRT came with the BA6 option.
Just for reference sake, the wife's 05 Durango Limited has the Infinity system with the 10" sub in the back. That system is awesome!
