My C will be bottle fed next Monday!
I ordered the NOS kit and bottle opener! There is alot of problems that must be overcome.
1. The 300 is 'fly by wire' accelerator linkage. So either someone will have to figure out the rpm signal wire and make a switch for a set rpm to engage, or what we are going to do is fabricate a bracket for a mechanical switch on the gas pedal.
2. The intake tube is all rubber so we are going to cut the intake where the flexible part is and replace with a polished piece of aluminum. This will give us a place to thread the fogger in.

The Dyno has now been rescheduled AGAIN! But we will make a run with and without the bottle.

Stay tuned!

Well.......I am doing this understanding that the warranty will be null and void from here on in. But on the same token, the right service guy can do anything! (I had a service guy replace my motor in dodge ram. I broke a piece off the intake while I was bouncing the truck at 300 psi on air bags. It injested in the motor and blew it up! The service guy warrantied my motor after showing me the piece I broke! Needless to say he is my friend now.)

The cost on the setup is going to vary on how much someone else does for you. I think it will take at least one full day of labor. The bracket has to be fabbed up with a switch..etc...all custom even where the fogger goes in.

BBC,

are you considering upgrading the fuel pump and sparkplugs as well? I'm looking forward to your posts.
We are not sure if it will need another pump. We will test the fuel line for any pressure changes. If there is a problem we will add another pump. And the plugs will be changed as well. I CAN"T WAIT!

The guy down the street in the red vette has been taunting me for way toooo long! YOUR TIME IS COMING DUDE! :D :D

BBC, NOS brand kits usually come with a TPS switch. A window switch can be seperatly bought. This should eliminate any problems you have.
Nothing made for our beloved cars.... We even called MDS. Thats why we had to think about custom micro switch. When the hard wire unit is available, I will change over.
But please....If anyone knows of another way please advise...
