I can understand normal wear and tear not being covered, but if you have judder or wobble then thats a defect in the dics is it not?

For vehicles imported by DCUK and sold and registered in the UK, the franchised dealers of DCUK provide brake discs warranty for 36 months or 24,000 miles, whichever is the earlier. That's from my warranty manual. It may be different in ROI.

I was told when mentioned that the car pulled to the left that it was the tracking and it was only covered for the 1st 6 weeks from buying the car.. Should this be covered as well then? Damn those potholes!

When my car was in recently, the dealer noticed that the brakes were juddering under heavy braking, they replaced the discs and pads without question - not bad, that said, have only done 8500 miles
