C magazine for club 300 members...

coming soon....im thinking of actually printing these out and starting a publication....i need some forum members car photos , high resolution please. this month im using a local car for the feature ...also aspen takes some pics of your fabric console conversion for the technical section.

forum /club300 members i need pictures...everything is covered with 4ft of snow here , i am looking for nice pictures of cars with backgrounds or just sections of your car, also any club300 members that may be interested in writing a column or 3 in the magazine please let me know...lol

thanks angie , thats just a rough draft for the publishers but itll get the job done , if you have any pics just mail them to me in jpeg, like 1500 or whatever pixel you got..

You could make it a Brozine, where it has articles and let's your browse cool items to buy and stuff.

Where I work we do business with Rockwell Automation and their marketing department I think invented this Brozine term. We were in some presentation on new automation products and the guy passed around these booklet on the product line and refered to them as brozines. It's not quite a brochure and not quite a magazine, it's both! We still laugh everytime we hear the name brozine. That day there was a significant interrupt in his presentation to talk and laugh about this brozine concept. For some reason it never gets old for us. I'm laughing as I write this!

TommyZ are you going to be at Autorama in detroit next month? Are you also going to be at the Dub Show at Cobo in august? I'd like some info about showing my C there.

yeah, ill be there ...as far as the dub show if you are interested i am planning to have a Booth for CLUB300 members ...otherwise you can go to www.dubmagazine.com to register for the show on your own.

I'll be at autorama, but I won't even have my car yet. As for the August Dubshow I will have my first list of mods done and would like to show it there. I have a show on saturday In brooklyn michigan at Michigan International Speedway. I go there every year and I'm hoping to take a trophy in the 25 and under age class hehe

I got one last year with my grand prix and I'm sure the 300c will get one. As for the dubshow....I've never showed at an indoor place like Cobo hall. Since it's only a one day even what time would I have to be there? I'm not a CLUB300 member yet but would like to become one and that would be cool to get a booth and have all of us in one area. I'll be looking forward to seeing you at Autorama next month though!

just looking for some help on the magazine everyone... i would like a section from each club chaprt director about their area and good places to eat or whatever ...and maybe some pics of local 300/300cs or the guys in your crew.... thanks

Also still looking for more professional "type" pictures for the magazine layout. id like to do a few featured cars each month...

tommy i'm trying to get some people together for the NYC Chapter i only have 3 including myself. can you help out in recruiting some member for me. i've been posting every where nothing seems to work. my car is looking very very DUBish

hey gshug,
no worries , you are off to a great start , out of the three you have interested , just focus on them and get them official , then you 4 can start having your own meets for coffee or whatever and people will see you all together and ask about you...4 is a great chapter start , establish some meeting times , ie: once a month or twice a month ..and a location to start. then you can make a little flyer and post them around wheel shops or custom shops and people will start coming to your meetings...i would suggest having your own chapter guys pay you , then you can pay all of their dues , so we dont get 10 seperate checks from each state every week.....

I had talked to the Dud guys about our group coming out for Chicago. they needed info on people and such. I told Tommy about it and he said he knew the guy i talked to and would get us in. So Tommys workingo n something i guess.

What ever happen with this idea of the C-Magazine?
Trucks have rags like Truckin, 4x4's, etc. Corvette's have about 2-3 Mags out there. What Magazine out on the news stands would I pick up to find the most coverage and advertisements for 300's?

Great idea, I will buy a subscription ASAP. Also can get pics of my car with Lake Washington or Seattle skyline in th ebackground if you are interested.
