I just recently installed 8k hid low beams and when i turn them on the amber turn signal is on too.. And i dont like how it looks. I was wondering if i can turn it off, so that only the hid are on.. And only wen im gonna turn the amber lights turn on...
Is that possible??

Yeah and it's sooo easy.

When you pull out the turn signal bulb you'll see 4 bent over wires.

Now, I can't remember exactly which one it is but you break off one of the metal wires on the bulb (I can't remember if it's one of the inner ones or outer ones) they work ONLY as the turn signals and not as running lights.

Do a search for amber turn signal delete or something....I'll try to find it also.....

yup thats the one. i think there was another one too but that is the best and easiest one to do though

Or you can buy some switchback lights that are white with the headlights and amber when the turn signal is engaged.
