I have a Volant and Borla 4 muffler system. Just removed the 2 rear mufflers (to make the system a 2 muffler like Borla's 140125, only with the 3.5 tips).
Removing the 2 rear muffler's on the Borla setup sounds great - it's finally what I thought it should be....BUT

Now have a check engine light (not flashing).

last warning chime was MIL LAMP VMM 319

?? Any ideas ??

5.7 I had a CEL just after installing my Volant CAI. The computers corrected themselves after several days of short driving jaunts. I suspect yours will recycle itself as well.

As long as it isn't flashing just drive a couple of days and as HEMEEE said it should correct. Mine did.

I just got the same trouble this morning. No mods done to my car besides lowering. Any suggestions? I got a new oil pressure sensor switch from autozone today. Is it hard to swap out?

Why are you replacing it, it is covered under your powertrain warranty.
