I am not a 'die-cast collector' but this looks pretty decent. I can't wait to put it on my desk at work. Now all I need is a 1/18 scale of the E&G Mesh Grille w/ Center Bar! :wink1:
Hey, that looks real nice. I have the ones which were available from the Chrysler Gift Gallery sometime ago (for four bucks each), but they weren't available in silver nor in black. :fing02:

"I was looking for a company to create one to look like my car... but no luck so I forgot about it."

Forget the car man... think Kid Coastal action figures... a car exhaust superhero. Might need a new thread on this. hahahaha

I have that one too!

Glenn4dde,

This is Brian Carotenuto, I have in my diecast collection, both the Brilliant Black and the Silver "C"'s manufactured by Maisto. I had contacted them not too long ago about seeing one done in my color. (I have a CV base model).

I was always impressed by the detailing of the Maisto offerings. One thing that I don't like about the "C"'s is that the engine cover is grey instead of black. I recently received a catalog from another diecast car company with an offering of a 300C in black with four opening doors. I am planning on obtaining that model when I return from vacation in a few weeks.

I'll give you the information on the new 300C 1:18 scale if you are interested.

Sincerely yours,

Brian T. Carotenuto

I got a Maisto for $28 from a vendor at Fords At Carlisle. The mirrors are body color and the engine cover is gray, but the detail of the rest is exceptional. I took it all apart and built in blue-ish LED's in the headlights and red LED's in the taillights with a slide switch thru the trunk floor and battery pack in the trunk (had to delete the trunk liner). Looks great all lit up!
