iv a 14 month old 3.5 with 60 000 on the clock , had numerous faults since day 1 , headlights flicker, premature tyre wear , brake pads wear quick, warped discs, rumbles and thuds from suspension over bumps or rough roads, tyre pressure monitors failing or the sensors on board , oil leaks , tranmission oil leaks, wheel bearing failures, self locking !!!! lack of performance, violent kickdown when you floor it to overtake, various squeaks rattles or thuds,also a problem with the back axle , the drivers mirror has a mind of its own, the console lights now dont work and also now its developed a clicking when pulling away under load . one dealer wants to take the gearbox out but another says its a transmission flex plate ????
any ideas ????? also does anyone know what my legal rights are as its problem after problem and iv no faith in the car !!! at:

any kind of lemon laws where you live? plus some of those issues come down to driving style and others have an easy fix. No car is perfect (eg gas pedals falling apart on honda civics (recalled) toyota camry transmissions not knowing if they want to shift (recalled) etc)

it aint driving style as im a chauffeuer and police trained response driver , just got it back after 60k service and they had replaced discs , pads , steering rack most of the gear box , bushes , something on the prop , something on the axle , the headlights , various switches etc etc etc , the clicking is still there and a knock on the near side !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at:at::smashfrea:smashfrea:smashfrea
