I'll try to keep it short, 2006 300c, 90,000 miles. Bought car 3 years ago hoping it needed a pcm because of u0100, and p700 codes. It did, replaced and all was well for 3 yrs 10,000 miles. Last week on a trip, after 2 1/2 hours the back up sensor lights started blinking on while driving. Only drove for 15 minutes after. Next day after 2 1/2 hours, same thing. This time also throwing codes. B1859-drivrr window position sensor power supply high. B1864-passenger window same as driver. C2101-abs, battery voltage high. And u0100- lost communication. Again only drove for 15 minutes after problem started.
Day 3, 2 1/2 hours in, back up sensor lights, radio starts cutting out and sometimes stays black for 5 mins, speedometer drops to zero, seems to all happen more when using signal lights to change lanes. Cruise control would not set. Did lose tach a couple of times near end of drive. (Total drive this time 5 hours) motor never stalled or even hiccupped. Had new codes, po573- brake switch "A" circuit high. U0431- park assist module "implausible data received from pcm". 2 anti lock codes,
C2115-dynamics sensor supply voltage high. C2101-battery voltage high.

So my question is, is my pcm faulty again?
I assume when its getting hot, after 2 1/2 hours 3 days in a row its causing issues?

if i had to take an educated guess i would think you have a body ground wire loose that's causing intermittent electrical concerns. id check your grounds and make sure something isnt rusted/corroded/broken from the vehicle. wouldnt say its typical for a pcm to go bad without some other under/over voltage issues causing it to go bad. could also be a wire getting too hot maybe next to the exhaust or even a connector becoming loose from dust build up on the plastic then the vehicle vibrating the small granules causing it too loosen and wiggle out. hope this help or at least gives ya some kinda direction to start at!
