one of the guys, i think in or from saudi arabia, posted the other day that he hit 176 out in the desert, and the car just wouldnt go any faster. they say our cars are not speed limited, just limited by physics of the car themselves and the motor. im sure with enough money anything is possible, but i seriously doubt we will see it.

On that run he stated that it does have a speed limiter on it. DCX has sort of finally admitted that there is a limiter. When he ran that he got to like 4250 RPM and it would climb any higher, so the engine had plenty of room left, it just wouldn't let it climb like an invisible force was keeping it there, so it does indeed have a speed limiter. I don't think 200mph would be very difficult to reach, it would probably top out close to 190 as is, so with a few mods, like the 426 stroker kit or maybe even a little nitrous it would be attainable.

Even at that there is still another 1000 rpm to climb. Hopefully Meister will be able to help climb a little further when he gets the programming done on his C.

Yep, it will go real fast.....I'm sure that they can chop it up and use your parts on all kinds of other cars.:biggrin:
