Just had my 2007 CRD Touring remapped today (Viezu V-Switch) - wow the immediate result is great. Response timing is so much more smoother and powerful.

This weekend will install the larger intercooler, see what will happen there?

Looking into Hybrid turbos, but maybe an over kill for the money - still not sure if the performance would make a huge difference..mmm..dont know.

So outside of the remap, intercooler (maybe turbo), anything else worth thinking about (Without replacing with a V8)??

Yeah the install should go well, I think the only little hurdle will be the bumper removal and ensuring I have the right rivets while reinstalling.

Believe me the fasica removal is a doddle although it looks difficult. As I suggested have a look for some fasteners as per my link. They are in the long run much better than the rivets which in most cases need to be destroyed for removal.

Yeah printed it off and will go to the local auto shop tomorrow to see what i can find.

I think it tested the car a little too much today and took the under belly (Plastic protection - Oil Catch belly) off. Well it is scrapping on the road now, so still attached to the car. So looks like a new purchase. Dam..

Maybe I should stop here with the mods. LOL
