I called the DCX status line this moring, and they finally were able to give me some encouraging news. My order is finally in D1 status. They weren't able to tell me when it is scheduled for build, but that it is at least scheduled now.
That is a step in the right direction, Depending on how long it is in D1 status till they actually start build on it, I might be able to see it by my B-day on the 28th. But I certainly wouldn't hold my breath on that one. I'm thinking maybe pretty realistic to see it sometime in June.

congrats model57, looks like youll be almost the same time as me after all.... i finally get to pick mine up on the 19th, once i got in D1 from D the car was built and shipped in like a week so your almost there...

Good, so you have a VIN now, I'd go to the dealership and ask them to fill out a new Vehicle Order Form with the VIN and price to protect you.
