What looks like poo.
Guess I am one of the LUCKY ones to have gotten a "Lava Red "Hemi C
. I am new to this forum, and like what I see and read, very beneficial.
I got my 2005 300 C November 8,2005,and truly love driving the car.Car is loaded except, for the satilite radio and phone.I have added a full wood dress up kit-Front & Rear, tinted windows. The cold air system(which I read how to modify here) is next, then a new grill.
Thanks,Stan Reeves-North Charleston,SC

Yours is the one on the left. Right? :)

I got my DLR 300C in June, so I've had a lot of time to enjoy the color. Looks very good against the chrome when the car is all polished up.

Where did all those burnout marks come from?? ;)

Too bad, thought that the deep lava red was the classiest of the colors, but if you didn't see the color in person you would have no idea what it was. The Chrysler web site really didn't do it justice and I would not have gotten it if I didn't see it in person. That said I had a black Mercedes that I traded in, really liked the 300C in black but really glad that got the deep lava red my ex-merc needed almost daily attention to keep it looking good, too much up keep, I like to take a day or two and not worry about it, the red has been easier in that regard.

Like Dude, mine's totally a 1958 model. Sheesh.

hehe, nice Lincoln though...I bet it's longer than the 300C and sucks gas like it's going out of style.

I know how it is, with dual quads mine isn't on any Sierra Club guest lists.
Whose counting?

Dual quads - wow!
Here, we're doing pretty well with a newly rebuilt, hi-po 460 (now 472 cubic inches). Of course, now she prefers the first teat at the local petroleum distillate distributor. In fact, I'm switching out the 2.90 rear differential (which gave her pretty good highway mileage - double-digits?) and throwing in some 3.44" gears -- for better "takeoff." :p
No doubt, if the State of Virginia ever finds out, they'll slap on a retro-active gas-guzzler tax.
Can you spell A-r-t-i-c W-i-l-d-l-l-f-e P-r-e-s-e-r-v-e?
PS - Do you think I'll need some traction bars to keep the rear end in place?
I don't think you'd need traction bars. Maybe with 4.11 rear end ;)

I believe that mine has the optional 3.31 rear, and at highway speed it's revving pretty high.
Just got my Deep Lava Red Hemi "C".. WOW. what a fuc**** difference!!! The power, leather seats, all the lil gagets.. I love this "C".. Im so happy.. I would like to thank everyone on this 300cforum. Hemi's are the ish.. already put my custom 3pc forged 22's on em, springs will go on tom. as well as my E&G grill.. pic's tom... later...
BTW, how do i change my screename? I want it to be "300justgotaC"
