OK I've done some research. I'm almost positive I'll be able to reuse the antenna. They all have the same looking port. It looks like there are a bunch of different jack types for the sirius units. I guess I'll have to go look and see what the jack looks like to see if any look the same.

Alpine: Ai-NET jack
Clarion: 13-pin CeNET jack
JVC: J-Bus jack
Kenwood: 13-pin jack (not the same as Clarion)
Pioneer: IP-Bus jack
Sanyo: 8-pin female jack

Now that I think about it more. The sirius tuners are usually less than $100 so I guess it won't be that big of a deal if I can't continue to use it. I should be more worried about using the same antenna.

I wasn't able to use the factory antenna. It's a dummy nipple on my roof now. Bummer, considering I paid a grand to have my roof rack removed and I could have had that thing shaved at the same time for nada.
My antenna is now on the dash. Not beautiful but it doesn't bug me too much.
I have two actually... one for sirius and one for nav.

This was the downfall in having a Kenwood deck... that and no Uconnect or steering wheel controls.
There will be an adapter later on that'll gimme steering wheel controls back but I'll have to daisy-chain the factory deck to get Uconnect back. I didn't did Uconnect enough to dink with doing that but there is room in the glove box or under the passenger seat if ya wanna do that.
Here's what I gained though:

DVD/CD/Sirius/AM/FM/Rear-view video camera monitor
heres the camera:

Whats cool about this deck is it has video ins and video outs. This means not only can I run a camera to it, I can run that signal out to the screens in the headrests, which are indevidual DVD players as well.
I'm happy with it. Gotta shave that nipple on the top now but that gives me an excuse to shave the rear window wiper, fabricate an LED brake light accross the back fin (if you wanna call it a fin) and bust out some tribal ghost flames. I may shave the rear door handles as well...

Any links to info on the availability of the steering wheel control interface?

Grinner could you take some daylight photos of that Kenwood setup, so I can see how it fits into the dash?

I wanna do something similar to that!

Also, does the antenna for the Sirius work well on the dash?? Any problems?

Thanks!

It's all coming out next week. Are you interested in just the little sirius tuner box?

I am interested. I need the oem sirius box and if you get the wiring harness out as well that'll be better. Let me know, thanks.

djjt, sorry it took so long. Just now saw this post.
No probs with the antenna on the dash. Works as well as thew nipple on top did. Still cuts out under over passes but nowhere else. I've been told I can stick the nav antenna under the dash with no probs but I havn't tried it.
Here's the pic of the deck you requested:
