Does your rear bumper sag?

My rear bumper is sagging a little and is easily moved up and down. Been to two different dealers and both said that it's normal. I checked out the other 300c's on the lot and some were sagging but not as much as mine and all were rather loose. I did see some that were completely flush. Anyone have a fix for this?

Is there a reason you're replying to a thread that last had activity on 19th November 2005??

And the OP hasn't been on the site here since 2010?
