I recall reading that the C has vented front discs.... is this the case? If so are they drilled? For those who are lucky to have their car already... maybe apic would be nice?!
No they are not drilled or slotted, I don't know what they mean by vented but if this design is "vented" than almost every rotor I have seen is "vented"

NO... that would not be vented! Vented means some way, either by drilled rotors or slotted rotors to allow faster cooling of the rotors.... I cant see someone claiming to have vented discs and calling air ducts as that! You never know though......

My guess is that one of the early models had drilled discs up front and the description has just stuck as th ewrite-ups have piled in. I read it in the Road and Track prochure that was sent out to the house from the Chysler Website. I asked for info on the car months ago, bought th ecar, early June, and yesterday, the brochure came! Hilarious stuff...........

Another curios point is that many reviews and original Chrysler marketing materials talk about the brake cooling ducts on the 300C (see speedweek review/testdrive posted on Super Daves site http://superdave369.home.comcast.net/300C/300C.html). However, on my 300C and every one I have seen to date, these air ducts are blocked off at the front facia. So much for the 15-20% heat reduction Chrysler claimes.
