What is the % drivetrain loss from the crankshaft to the wheels on an AWD vehicle?

Love the tumbleweed! My guess has always been about 25%, but that is only a guess. I do remember a few members that dyno'd their stock AWD but I can't remember their numbers. Maybe a few of them will tumble by and help...

25% sounds about right. Around 20% for RWD.

depends really, V8 with nag1 and awd wont be too bad, you could really get the loss down with upgraded couplers, cromoly driveshafts.... you see where im going with this
