Hi ppl!

i need help to solve this fu%&$#"%$ noise...

this noise occurs at all rpm, with same frequency, but only after the engine reaching operating temperature.

Sounds as though it may be coming from the ABS valve block (7 seconds into your video).

Can you feel it vibrating ? or can you hear it by placing a screwdriver next to the item and next to your ear. (MIND THE BELT, AND DONT GET TANGLED UP)

I think it is not the ABS module... I doesn´t feel any vibration on that part.

could be the steering pump? alternator? what are those black boxes (00:52)?

Sorry cant help much, but because the sound follows a set pattern i thought it must be created by something electrical. There is an EGR flow actuator underneath the glow plug module to the right of the ABS block when stood facing the engine.

Try listening by placing a screwdriver or length of wood on various items while placing the other end against your ear to act as a stethoscope.

You could try unplugging the electrical connector on the egr flow control actuator and seeing if the noise stops.
