when sitting in park, this horrible noise is present. it's gotten worse, i'm now at 2800km. it's like a knocking. anybody else hear anything?

also, this brake dust thing is so severe, what's the best spray on/hose off degreaser for these wheels?

I can't help you on the noise, but as you describe it I,d suggest that you take it to the dealer to have resolved fast. With respect to the brake dust go to poor boys site. The wheel cleaner is P 21 S and it's great. Spray on a cool wheel, wait 15 seconds , and hose off.But once the wheels are clean don't stop there or you will miss the most important part of keeping them brake dust free --WAX THEM !! --. On their site they have a rub on wax that I can only describe as awesome. Easy on & off application and after 2 quick applications any dust that does show ( and believe me it is minimal) can either be " dusted" off or rinsed. Try it and you'll be as convinced as I am. 1500 miles & still no dust coat !!

a noticeable knock? Or a fast ticking noise that increase with RPM that you notice when standing close to the engine????

Some people mistake valve ticking for the normal operation of the injectors. They can be quite loud.

No noise from mine aside from injectors.

Yep, brake dust sucks. Gotta deal with it for know until the aftermarket steps up with Ceramics.

With respect to injector noise, I ran into a new owner who also builds production cars, up at Indy Speed. He told me that the only performance mod he has done ( or will do until 5000 miles) is drilling out the injector ports.I'm totally in the dark with respect to this procedure. Can anyone out there shed some light on this for me?
