On the bottom and in the middle of my EVIC screen there is an envelope can't find out what it means? does it have something to do with my phone having a un read message?

It means your car has a message for you in the EVIC Display, probably something like maintenance is due.
Just scroll down through the display using the steering wheel buttons until you see # or messages and it will display the message then you have the option to clear it.

Just went outside and checked the message. It says oil change needed. I just did it so does anyone know how to reset it?

Just found this incase anyone else needs this info.
Vehicles Equipped With Keyless Enter-N-Go
1. Without pressing the brake pedal, cycle the ignition to
the ON/RUN position (Do not start the engine.)
2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times
within 10 seconds.
3. Cycle the ignition to the OFF/LOCK position.
