I have seen a few people mention seeing oil pressure in the EVIC, where? I have what I assume is the latest version 3.61, but there is no page that shows oil pressure
Hold down the music note and the compass buttons simultaneously for about 5-8 seconds. That will bring you into diagnostic mode where you can get much more information including digital readouts of your speed and RPM's. You will find the oil pressure under there. It may have a graphic of the oil can or you may have gargled letters/graphics. Anyway, it will read something like # PSI. You will know when you see it.
Okay cool, got it. On to the the next question. What the heck does some of that stuff mean? Like MinL = 181 MinR = 181 Lt 63 Rt 66 etc etc some of it is pretty self explanatory, but I'm lost on a few of them. Thanks!!!
I have an odd issue... I have a 2005 300 C 5.7 the oil light came on and found a faulty oil pressure sensor. I removed the sensor and replaced it with a new unit from the dealer. a week has gone by and the light is back on and but not the same code. the old code was low oil pressure the new is low voltage. I have checked the EVIC and find the oil pressure at idle to 99 psi and as the rpms go up it will go to zero as if it were backwards.... Any help would be great thanks:smashfrea
