It should fit at the attachment points to the underbody, although maybe there's a need for an increase in pipe diameter at the cats, as the SRT exhaust is about a .5 inch wider, I think.

I am contemplating the purchase of an SRT exhaust but I'm concerned about the effect of the MDS on the exhaust note. When the MDS kicks in, the exhaust pulses are different than when all eight cyls are active, so the exhaust may sound weird...

well im thinkin about trading my c car for an srt8 but i wanna keep my catback and i dont have the stockers so ill have to get the dealership to change em over but im not sure what fits what

if you have MDS the stock SRT8 exhaust will drone badly.

It's purely a matter of personal taste and hearing. Some don't care, others can't stand it.

But it fits. The pipe diameters are close enough that any muff shop can weld it.
