im thinking of installing a 17" flip down for the back seat but my car has a sunroof, has anyone done this? i was at a audio shop awhile back checkin out flip downs and the employee there told me they dont install flip downs on cars with sunroof...i said WTF! ive seen lots of cars with sunroof sporting a flip down so i know its possible... now i need to know how you guys did it... any tips on how to install this... any problems with sunroof hitting any parts of the flip down.... i can install this myself and probably do a better cleaner job than audio shops and not to mention alot cheaper. thanks for any help

if you do install yourself make sure to reinforce the ceiling, thats what the stereo shops have to do in our lx vehicles

not sure if ive ever seen one on a car with sunroof but i have 11 inch headrests and they told me anything bigger than a 12 inch flip down i might have problems with my headrests getting in the way when flipping it down.
