I have a 2005 300C 5.7. I have the BBK cold air intake, fairly similar. With that intake and a tune, I did notice a pretty nice difference from stock.

That's awesome. I plan on getting a diablo tuner soon, should be more noticeable.

I have a Diablo canned tune. With the 93 octane tune, I ran a 13.9 @98.8 mph. And it was mediocre air. The D. A. Was 2200-2500. It will run a 13.7 in better air this spring. I also have an underdrive pulley. The 5.7 responds to mods well.

I got it installed, and forgot to take a picture..lol.. I will do that tomorrow.
Sure sounds sweet when accelerating or WOT though.. seems like it woke it up a bit.

I doubt a CAI will be felt in your seat-o-pants-o-meter.
The intake air howl is what you're "feeling".

Both my SRTs have aftermarket CAI - one an Intune and the other a Mopar.
The premise is better performance, economy and enjoyment ... all is good!!
